1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website betlabelsweden.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational nature of the Site

The Site is an information portal about the BetLabel brand, with reviews, guides and comparisons covering sports betting, casino games, promotions and the mobile app. The Site is not a gambling operator. It does not organise or run games for money, sports betting or bingo, and it does not open accounts or accept bets, deposits or withdrawals.

BetLabel is run by a third party, named in the Site's content, with whom you enter into a contract directly if you decide to open an account. Gaming conditions, bonuses, limits and payments are set solely by the operator in its own terms and conditions.

The information we publish comes from public sources and our own tests and can change without notice. Before you register or join a promotion, always check the current conditions on the operator's site.

5. Responsible gambling

Treat gambling as entertainment that costs money, never as a way to earn it. Set deposit, loss and time limits before you start, and do not chase losses.

If you feel you are losing control, free and confidential help is available from Stödlinjen, the national helpline for gambling problems (020-81 91 00, stodlinjen.se), and from local healthcare services. Spelpaus.se, the national self-exclusion register, covers gambling companies licensed in Sweden and does not apply to sites without a Swedish licence.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, structure, graphics, original images and code of the Site are protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (Lag (1960:729) om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk) and other applicable rules. Copying, distributing or changing them, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it.

Third-party trade marks, logos and trade names mentioned on the Site, including the BetLabel brand, belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and information.

7. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Access the Site if you are under 18.
  • Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything else that could damage the systems of the Site or of third parties.
  • Extract content systematically or by automated means without permission.
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms public order.

8. Liability

The Site and its content are provided as they are. We do our best to keep the information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is always accurate, complete and current, or that the Site will be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses from betting or gambling, for decisions made on the basis of information on the Site or for damage arising from the use of third-party sites. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, and it does not restrict the mandatory rights that Swedish consumer protection law gives consumers.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect changes in the law or in how the Site works. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, together with the date of the last update.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any dispute about the use of the Site falls under the jurisdiction of the Swedish general courts, without prejudice to mandatory rules that protect consumers.

Consumers can also refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), the Swedish body for alternative dispute resolution. General guidance on consumer rights is available from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket).
